Remember the Catholic Harvest Dinner Sunday October 5th from 11;00 am TO 1:00 Pm at the Dodson Catholic Hall. Wonderful Ham and fixings and Bake Sale and Raffle.

Polly Solberg, Vivian Bruckner, Virginia Solberg, Sid and Merrimae Solberg, daughter Laura and grandson were among those going to Billings on Saturday for a benefit for Mary Beth (Solberg) McLees.

Graveside services on Friday for Kay Lindner-Allman were followed by a reception at the Lutheran Church for family, neighbors and friends to say goodbye to a loved friend who touched many lives and will be remembered with a smile.

Nellie Sherman came on Thursday for a visit with Dora Henry and other friends. They enjoyed supper at the GN in Malta on Friday with Mark and Serese Pankratz and other family to help celebrate the birthday of Sarah Pankratz-Warren who was there with her husband Tony and baby Benny.

Bonnie Lankford visited Nellie and Dora on Sunday.

Several ladies, most of whom had worked for her, met for lunch at the GN to say Hello to Nellie.

Rain has again been falling at an inopportune time, to delay pre-winter work for some of the farmers.

Birthday greetings are sent to Cheryl Weaver, Al Minugh, and Herman Dolphay.

Anniversary wishes are sent to Mark and Serese Pankratz.

Committee work is like a soft chair—easy to get into but hard to get out of.
