2:43 a.m. Deputy shut lights off on a vehicle outside of a local residence.
2:51 a.m. 911 received reporting an individual had fallen into a hole dug for an egress window on 3rd St W; Deputy responded to the location; male found to be okay and not injured.
3:09 a.m. Male reported a dog running loose; owner located and dog returned to residence.
9:50 a.m. Valley Co released one adult male, Scott Scheffelmear, on bond paid.
11:20 a.m. OnStar requested assistance for a vehicle stuck on the CMR; information passed onto CMR Officer.
12:33 p.m. 911 received reporting a missing juvenile from the Cedarview area; Undersheriff responded to the call; juvenile located at a neighbor’s residence and was okay.
1:43 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on a local male at a Cedarview Apt; Undersheriff responded to the location; no one found to be at the apartment.
3:39 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect until 10 p.m. tonight.

1:32 a.m. Deputy shut the door to a shed at the golf course.
2:37 a.m. Flood Watch in effect through Sunday afternoon for most of Phillips Co.
2:46 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until midnight tonight.
6:33 a.m. BNSF Police reported a crossi ng arm malfunction at the Wagner crossing and it was currently being repaired.
9:27 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until midnight.
10:25 a.m. Female reported a possibly disabled vehicle on Hwy 2, east of Malta; Reserve Deputy responded to the call; no vehicles located alongside of Hwy 2.
11:26 a.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a repossession of a vehicle in Whitewater; Reserve Deputy handled the call.
1:09 p.m. Glasgow Weather Service employee advised PCSO of a Flood Warning for all of Phillips Co until Tuesday morning.
1:20 p.m. Female reported a fender/bender in the downtown area; Reserve Deputy responded to the location; case file started.
2:05 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until midnight on Sunday.
2:14 p.m. Flood Watch remains in effect until Sunday afternoon.
3:23 p.m. Male reported he was out of power; information passed onto Big Flat Electric Cooperative.
3:43 p.m. Female reported a dog running loose on 3rd St E; ACO handled the call.
9:08 p.m. Flood Watch remains in effect through Sunday afternoon.
10:38 p.m. 911 received reporting loud juveniles and speeding vehicles in the Trafton Park area; caller was camping there; Deputies responded to the location; no one found in the area; location checked on throughout the night.
11:09 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on a juvenile possibly left alone at a Cedarview Apt; Deputies responded to the location; all found to be okay, no one at the residence.

12:07 a.m. Deputies transported one juvenile male to PCSO; citations issued and given to the juvenile before being released to a responsible adult; case file started.
2:13 a.m. Flood Watch has been canceled and upgraded to a Flood Warning for most of Phillips Co.
2:16 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until midnight.
2:49 a.m. Deputy reported a pickup had run into the vacuum at the car wash and one of the large rocks there; driver was nowhere on scene; case file started.
3:04 a.m. Deputy requested a tow truck for the pickup involved in the above accident; local rotational wrecker service responded to the location.
6:46 a.m. Local Border Patrol Agent reported a washed out road north of the Wagner Road; information passed onto MT Dept of Transportation employee.
7:30 p.m. MT Dept of Transportation employee reported caution signs and cones had been put up near the Wagner Road/Hwy 191 south junction and near mm10-12 on Hwy 191 north due to flooding.
9:05 a.m. Female reported flooding over the Regina Road near Spencer Reservoir; information passed onto County Road Crew and County Commissioners; road later closed.
1:56 p.m. Valley Co SO reported a reckless driver, westbound on Hwy 2 towards Phillips Co, and had almost caused a head-on crash; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle later located; driver advised the on-coming vehicle didn’t have headlights on and didn’t see him.
2:10 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until midnight; Flood Watch now in effect for northern Phillips Co until midnight.
2:35 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
2:59 p.m. Malta City Mayor reported part of 5th Ave E and 9th St E were blocked off due to flooding.
3:49 p.m. 911 received reporting an erratic U-Haul vehicle on Hwy 191 south of Malta; vehicle was southbound; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle not located.
5:54 p.m. County Road Crew employee reported Stage Road was closed from the end of the pavement to Hog Ranch Road due to flooding.
8:11 p.m. Female reported water going over Hwy 191 south; Deputy and MT Dept of Transportation employee responded to the location; MTDOT put caution signs out, water was okay to drive through for the time being.
8:31 p.m. Male reported a missing dog; dog later located by owner.
8:43 p.m. Flood Watch is canceled for northern Phillips Co.
9:12 p.m. Male reported a vehicle parked over the white line on Hwy 2, just east of Malta, without lights on; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.
11:00 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

3:06 a.m. Deputies received a report of a vehicle stuck on the road behind the dike along the Milk River, behind 1st St W; local EMT Crew and Fire Dept responded to the call; vehicle located along with the driver; case file started; patient transported to the hospital; information passed onto City employee to check the dike for damage as well.
8:18 a.m. Female reported a theft of property and a credit card; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.
11:17 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
1:46 p.m. Female reported a possible credit card scam.
2:20 p.m. Phillips Co Commissioner advised the Regina, Sun Prairie, Turner Cutacross and the Stage Roads were still closed due to flooding.
4:38 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female having seizures at Heritage Manor; local EMT Crew responded to the location; patient transported to the hospital.
8:28 p.m. Local EMT Crew reported to the airport for a flight crew pickup, transport to the hospital, and back to the airport with their patient.

7:56 a.m. Female reported a dog running loose on 3rd St E; ACO handled the call.
12:30 p.m. County Road Crew employee reported the West Harb Road, south of Saco, was closed due to flooding.
8:03 p.m. Female filed a verbal complaint regarding a speeding vehicle in Saco; Deputy responded to the call; all vehicles located were going the speed limit.

1:51 a.m. Deputy closed the door on a shed at the golf course.
10:03 a.m. Female reported a horse tied up in a Trafton Park corral without food and water; owner located and advised the horse was fine and would be removed tonight.
12:11 p.m. Male reported a train blocking the Strater Road crossing for an extended amount of time; information passed onto BNSF Police.
12:32 p.m. Female reported two vehicles racing on 7th St W; Undersheriff responded to the call; no vehicles located in the area.

8:45 a.m. Female filed a complaint regarding neighbor’s dog barking; Deputy responded to the location, several times during the day; no dogs barking in the area.
10:30 a.m. Deputy reported seeing smoke in the Dodson area; found to be an unreported controlled burn.
10:44 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Billings; local EMT Crew responded to the call.
12:14 p.m. Female reported a fender/bender that had occurred on Tuesday; Deputy handled the call; case file started.
4:13 p.m. Male reported an individual driving near his wheat fields; Deputy handled the call.
4:20 p.m. Female reported a stray cat at her residence; ACO handled the call.
4:31 p.m. Female reported a possible theft of checks; Deputy handled the call.
4:48 p.m. Female reported she had run out of fuel on Hwy 2; caller given local wrecker company phone numbers.
5:43 p.m. Female reported a suspicious van with cardboard or plywood on the windows of the vehicle, driving around east of Malta; Deputy and Sheriff responded to the call; occupants found to be “pickers” driving around looking to buy items from individuals; males also advised to contact the PCSO next time they are in town before they start.
8:50 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for northern Phillips Co until 945 p.m. ; nickel sized hail, 50mph gusts and heavy rain are possible.
8:59 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for northeastern Phillips Co until 10 p.m. ; 60mph gusts and quarter sized hail are possible.
9:49 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for eastern Phillips Co until 1045 p.m. ; penny sized hail and 40mph gusts are possible.
9:51 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for central Phillips Co until 1045 p.m. ; penny sized hail and 40mph gusts are possible.
10:13 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for east central Phillips Co until 11 p.m. ; quarter sized hail and 40mph gusts are possible.
10:40 p.m. Flash Flood Warning for eastern Phillips Co until 145 a.m. on Friday.

10:50 p.m. Female east of Malta reported a power outage; NorthWestern Energy advised of the situation; they advised having problems from Malta to Saco.
11:29 p.m. Local MHP Trooper transported one adult male, Jon Carman, to PCSO Jail to serve a 72 hour sentencing from an Adult Probation Officer.

4:25 a.m. Simplex Grinnell Alarm Company reported a burglar alarm sounding at the Milk River Pavilion; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, no one around the location; manager located and alarm silenced.
5:20 a.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle/deer accident on Hwy 2, near Ezzie’s Wholesale; Deputy responded to the location; case file started.
5:38 a.m. Deputy requested a tow truck for the vehicle involved in the above accident; local rotational wrecker service handled the call.
7:07 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Billings; local EMT Crew responded to the call.
10:10 a.m. Individuals reported a possible break-in to a residence in Saco; Deputy responded to the location; all found to be where it was supposed to be, cupboard doors had been opened and someone had let the dogs out.
10:45 a.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement assistance with a neighbor building a fence on the north side of Malta; Deputy responded to the location; original caller advised to seek an attorney as correct paperwork was filed for the fence and this was a civil issue.
12:20 p.m. Female reported a vehicle driving over the designated speed limit on Hwy 2, eastbound; information passed onto MHP Dispatch.
12:23 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance at a local residence for an on-going property line dispute; Deputy handled the call.
3:11 p.m. MHP Dispatch reported an aggressive driver, northbound, on Hwy 191 south; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.
6:09 p.m. 911 received reporting a one vehicle accident on Hwy 191 south, north of the Fred Robinson Bridge; minor injury to one of the occupants; Deputies, local MHP Trooper, CMR Officer, Roy Ambulance, and Malta Fire Dept responded to the location; MHP handled the crash.
8:52 p.m. MHP Dispatch reported a vehicle/deer accident on Hwy 2, west of Saco; Deputy responded to the call; white form issued.

2:17p.m. Male reported a stolen vehicle, possibly enroute to Dodson, from Billings; caller advised needed to file a stolen report in Billings.
2:35p.m. Female reported a possible altercation between her daughters at a local residence; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

3:11am Lake Wind Advisory in effect from noon today to 3 a.m. Thursday.
7:38am Lockheed Martin Flight Service requested PCSO assistance with locating an overdue plane that was supposed to land in Malta; plane later radioed into Lockheed and was okay.
11:02 a.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a possible stalking situation; Sheriff handled the call.
2:00p.m. Male given a one night stay at a local hotel from Ministerial Assistance.
2:58p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 3 a.m. Thursday.
8:10p.m. Phillips Co Commissioner advised the Content Rd was closed due to a bridge blowout.

11:29 a.m. Deputy served a local warrant on an adult female, Pamela Kapp; female incarcerated on Theft-Felony x2 and Fabricating Evidence-Felony.
1:05p.m. Female reported a vehicle speeding on Hwy 2, near Saco; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.
3:31p.m. One adult male, Shawn Wright, incarcerated in PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing for Endangerment of a Child and MIP charges.
3:34p.m. Local business reported a male who was in the bar and was not supposed to be; Deputy handled the call; situation was okay.
3:58p.m. Female reported neighbor’s dogs barking; Deputy responded to 5th St E; citation issued for Nuisance Dog.
4:34p.m. Deputy transported one female inmate to PC Hospital for a medical evaluation for dizziness and sweating; female later transported back to PCSO Jail.
5:08p.m. Phillips Co Commissioner advised the Strater and the Content Roads were open to traffic; Sun Prairie is still closed.
6:19p.m. 911 received reporting possible threats by another male; Deputy handled the call.
7:19p.m. Deputy and Matron transported one adult female, Pamela Kapp, to Valley Co Detention Center for hold.

2:31 a.m. 911 received from a child crying at a Dodson residence; Deputies responded to the location; all found to be okay, child was playing with the phone.
7:47 a.m. Male reported an oversized load would be passing through Phillips Co; information passed onto Deputies.
10:14 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.
10:21 a.m. Male reported a vehicle driving on the racetrack; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle was not in the area upon arrival.
1:57p.m. 911 received reporting an elderly lady walking in the middle of the Hwy 191 near the golf course; Deputy responded to the location; all found to be okay.
2:24p.m. Malta Grade School employee requested assistance with vehicles parking in the yellow zone; Deputy handled the call.
4:24p.m. Male reported a theft of property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
4:59p.m. Male requested a welfare check on a possibly intoxicated male walking on Central Ave; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, male was just going home.
6:25p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the football field for the varsity game vs. Huntley Project.
6:57p.m. Male reported a possibly abandoned vehicle in his yard; Deputy responded to the call; 911 received reporting an intoxicated male at the residence; Deputies and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; case file started.
7:54p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Cash Kolstad, to the PC Hospital for evaluation; male later transported to Valley Co Detention Center for hold on Disorderly Conduct and Trespassing charges.
