Kathryn (Kay) Lindner Allman. Beloved sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home in Alamagordo, NM on August 8, 2014. Kay was born in Westmore, Mt to Theodore and Jesse (Schultze) Brummer on September 2, 1927. She attended school in South Wagner and graduated from Malta High School in 1946. She received an emergency teaching certificate and taught at a country school north of Dodson where she met Jerry Lindner. They were married Dec. 21,1946. They worked the family farm together until 1972, when they moved to Malta. Jerry passed away in 1990. On January 8, 1994 she married Adrian Allman and they spent many years traveling until his passing. She then moved to New Mexico to be with her daughter, Donna. Kay enjoyed bowling, fishing and the Chicago Cubs, but mostly her family. She was preceded in death by her husbands, a daughter, her parents, 4 brothers and 3 sisters. She is survived by her brother Ken (Mary) Brummer, daughters, Kathy (Tom) Brown of Bigfork, Barb (Dan) Arensmeyer of Havre and Donna (Don) Boots of Alamagordo, New Mexico , Daryl Allman, Darlene (Ron)Wilson, 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
