July 3
10:58 a.m. Male reported being harassed by an individual while in Albertsons; Deputy handled the call.
11:12 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.
1:03 p.m. Female reported fireworks going off in the 1st Ave W area; Deputy responded to the area; all found to be quiet.
1:11 p.m. Male reported two dogs running near Albertsons; information passed onto ACO.
1:31 p.m. Deputy reported to the JP Court to take into custody one adult male, Kaliph Surdam; male incarcerated to serve time on Driving While Suspended sentencing.
1:38 p.m. Female reported missing two dogs; dogs later reunited with owner.
2:30 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 10 p.m.
4:05 p.m. Undersheriff performed a welfare check on a vehicle alongside of Hwy 2 near the Sleeping Buffalo; all found to be okay and no one was around.
4:12 p.m. Male reported a possibly stranded motorist on Hwy 191 south of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.
4:39 p.m. 911 received reporting a grass fire near a residence on the reservation; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.
4:52 p.m. 911 received reporting a fire south of Zortman, near the Beaver Creek
Campground; information passed onto Ft Belknap LE and Zortman FD; Lodgepole FD handled the call.
6:08 p.m. Deputy received information regarding two individuals who “bailed off of Amtrak”; BNSF Police requested a welfare check on individuals if they were located; Deputies responded to the call; individuals not located in Malta.
6:42 p.m. Female reported they were removing a deceased deer from the barrow pit and taking it to the dumps; deer had been hit by a vehicle and previously humanely euthanized.
9:45 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.
9:48 p.m. Deputies performed a welfare check on a vehicle alongside of Hwy 191 south of Malta; all found to be okay, individuals were just resting for the night.
10:00 p.m. Female reported fireworks in the Cedarview area; Deputy responded to the call; individuals located and shut down for the night.
10:08 p.m. Deputies performed a welfare check on a vehicle alongside of Hwy 191 south of Malta; a note found on the vehicle advised it would be removed the following day.
10:08 p.m. Male reported a juvenile in a vehicle with an intoxicated driver; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located, was parked, driver and juvenile not located
11:27 p.m. Deputies removed a deceased deer from Hwy 191 south.
July 4,
12:56 a.m. Female reported a possible DUI on Hwy 191 south, south of the 7 Mile Turnoff; Deputies and Ft Belknap LE responded to the call; no vehicles located in the reported area.
1:19 a.m. Anonymous reported a possible underage party at Nelson Reservoir; Deputy and Border Patrol Agents responded to the call; all found to be quiet around the lake.
2:31 a.m. Deputy assisted a Border Patrol Agent with a traffic stop, east of Malta, on Hwy 2; Deputies conducted a Consent to Search on the vehicle; a driver, Curt Zimmerman, later transported to PCSO to be incarcerated on DUI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Dangerous Drug charges.
9:35 a.m. Female requested assistance with a possible assault; Deputy responded to the residence on 3rd St W; case file started for Partner/Family Member Assault.
10:47 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Havre; local EMT Crew responded to the call.
11:10 a.m. Female and infant given assistance of a one night stay and a meal from Ministerial Association.
1:26 p.m. Male, Curt Zimmerman, released from PCSO Jail on bond paid and given a Notice to Appear in Justice Court.
9:18 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for an individual having trouble breathing; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.
9:24 p.m. Malta Fire Dept reported to Trafton Park for the fireworks display.

9:25 p.m. Deputies performed a traffic stop with a 4-wheeler on Hwy 191 north of Malta; case file started for Assist Other Jurisdiction; local MHP Trooper assisted with this stop.
9:38 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to Trafton Park for the fireworks display.
10:06 p.m. Local MHP Trooper transported one adult male, Jeffrey Scott, to PC Hospital for a blood draw and then to PCSO Jail to be incarcerated on DUI, Reckless Driving, Disorderly Conduct and Intimidation charges; Deputies assisted at the PC Hospital.
11:14 p.m. Female reported an individual in Zortman “has a knife and is trying to cut people”; Deputies, Border Patrol Agents and Ft Belknap LE responded to the Miner’s Club; case file started.
July 5,
12:02 a.m. Male, Kaliph Surdam, released on time served.
12:34 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Brian Bell, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Felony Aggravated Assault and Felony Assault with a Weapon charges.
12:35 a.m. Deputy transported one adult female, Shelby Walker, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Felony Obstructing Justice charges.
2:15 a.m. Deputy requested an ambulance for an inmate with a medical issue; local EMT Crew responded to the PC Sheriff’s Office; Deputy and patient transported to the hospital and later back to PCSO Jail.
8:43 a.m. Female requested a welfare check on a male with two dogs near the Riverside Motel; Deputy responded to the call; male located in Trafton Park and was okay.
3:30 p.m. Reserve Deputy transported one adult male, Brian Bell, to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time.
4:40 p.m. 911 received reporting a personal vehicle transport of an injured person from a jet ski accident at Nelson Reservoir; information passed onto Deputies and PC Hospital.
4:55 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9 p.m.
5:43 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.
8:11 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

10:15 p.m. Male filed a verbal complaint regarding a vehicle speeding and throwing gravel in the Saco area; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located in Saco, but similar one located near Malta and driver advised.
July 6,
1:07 a.m. Deputy closed a storage unit door at the golf course.
8:10 a.m. Female reported a missing key and then later found it in her purse.
1:23 p.m. Male filed a verbal complaint regarding a speeding vehicle in Saco; Reserve Deputy responded to the call; all found to be quiet in Saco.
2:19 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday.
8:44 p.m. Deputy visited with individuals in the Trafton Park area; all found to be okay, they were just going to camp for the night.
July 7,
3:35 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. tonight.
4:26 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 515 a.m. for southern Phillips Co; penny size hail, 50mph gusts and heavy rain are possible.
9:25 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male who couldn’t walk and was lethargic; local EMT Crew responded to the residence; patient transported to the hospital.
12:23 p.m. Male, Jeffery Scott, released from PCSO Jail on bond paid and with Conditions of Release.
2:42 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 10 p.m.
3:54 p.m. Female reported vandalism to vehicle; Reserve Deputy responded to the call; case file started for Criminal Mischief.
4:52 p.m. Female reported finding property she previously reported stolen; Deputy handled the call.
7:03 p.m. Male reported his boat had been egged on 3rd St W; Deputy responded to the call; case file started for Criminal Mischief.
7:43 p.m. Male reported his vehicle was just rear-ended on the Wagner Road, just off of Hwy 2; Deputies responded to the location; case file started for Traffic Accident.
8:53 p.m. Anonymous reported a female driving with a baby in her lap; vehicle was near the Dairy Queen now; Deputy responded to the location; vehicle located and driver advised to put the child in a safety seat.
9:10 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.
9:41 p.m. Male reported a vehicle doing burnouts in the Westside parking lot; Deputy located the vehicle, juvenile driver stopped were contacted about this situation.
11:07 p.m. Male requested extra patrol around an apartment complex.
July 8,
7:30 a.m. Male reported a break-in to a business in Dodson; Reserve Deputy responded to the location; case file started for Burglary and Theft.
8:19 a.m. Male reported a possibly abandoned vehicle on a gravel road south of Saco; no one was around the vehicle; information passed onto Deputies.
9:36 a.m. Female filed a verbal complaint regarding a neighbor’s dog on 4th St E; Reserve Deputy handled the call.
10:56 a.m. Male reported vandalism and stolen property from a Dodson residence; Reserve Deputy responded to the call; case file started for Theft and Criminal Mischief.
5:24 p.m. Female reported a vehicle/house accident near the Country Home; Deputy responded to the location; case file started for Traffic Accident.
6:45 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a male who threatened to kill the caller near Lodgepole; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.
9:44 p.m. Deputy reported hitting a deer on Hwy 363; no injuries just damage to the vehicle; case file started for Traffic Accident.
July 9, 14
12:45 a.m. Deputy performed a security check on the Phillips Village Apts.
1:27 a.m. Deputy performed security checks on buildings and businesses in the Malta area.
9:03 a.m. Female requested assistance with a male who was driving and should not be due to health issues; Deputy handled the call.
9:17 a.m. Female reported a vehicle/deer accident, no injuries to driver, on Hwy 2, near the Wagner turnoff; vehicle was blocking traffic; Sheriff and Undersheriff responded to the location; local rotational towing company responded to the location and removed the disabled vehicle; case file started for Traffic Accident.
10:08 a.m. Sheriff advised a wide load headed toward Malta on Hwy 2 had a wheel bearing going out and asked deputy to stop and advise driver.
10:55 a.m. Fergus Co SO served a local warrant on an adult female, Misty Bearhill; female later released on bond paid.
12:18 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle/deer accident on Hwy 191 south, near the Route 15 turnoff; no injuries to the driver; local MHP Trooper responded to the location; female was given a ride to town by another motorist.
1:54 p.m. Deputies transported one adult female, Shelby Walker, to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time on sentencing.
2:45 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from noon to 6 p.m. Thursday.
3:50 p.m. Male reported an assault that happened a few weeks past; Deputy responded to the call; case file started for Partner/Family Member Assault.
6:35 p.m. Female reported theft of medication; Deputy responded to the call; case file started for Theft.
9:32 p.m. Female requested extra patrol around a local hotel; information passed onto Deputies.
10:39 p.m. Valley Co SO reported a personal vehicle transport of a medical emergency through Phillips Co enroute to St Vincent’s Hospital in Billings; Deputies advised of the information.
July 10
1:44 a.m. Deputy performed a security check on the Phillips Village Apts.
2:57 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect from noon until 6 p.m. tonight.
4:08 a.m. Male reported a vehicle blocking his driveway on 1st St W; Deputy responded to the location; owner located and removed the vehicle.
9:50 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female who had fallen; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.
11:43 a.m. Valley Co SO received a report of a vehicle being tailgated on Hwy 2, westbound towards Saco; caller did not want to file a complaint; information passed onto Deputies.
1:28 p.m. Local business reported theft of property from outside of the business; Deputy responded to the call; case file started for Theft.
2:25 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 6 p.m.
5:11 p.m. Male reported a lost cell phone.
5:14 p.m. Reserve Deputy reported a vehicle pulling a trailer house on a trailer had flat tires; vehicle was blocking traffic but had a flagger directing traffic around.
6:20 p.m. Male incarcerated in PCSO Jail to serve time on another jurisdiction’s charges.
7:14 p.m. Deputy was flagged over by a motorist who had a traffic complaint on another vehicle; situation taken care of without further incident.
7:38 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 8 p.m. for northeastern Phillips Co; penny size hail and 40mph gusts are possible.
8:05 p.m. BNSF Police reported a dog tied to a rail near the Dodson crossing; Deputy responded to the call; dog not located in the area.
8:20 p.m. 911 received reporting a missing child; last seen in the 1st St W area; Deputy responded to the call; child later located by mother and was okay.
11:51 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Sleeping Buffalo area.
11:56 p.m. Deputy performed security checks on businesses in the Malta area.
July 11
12:44 a.m. Female reported a dog barking incessantly at a residence on Pearl Drive; Deputy responded to the call; owner located and dogs taken care of for the night.
1:06 a.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 2 a.m. for eastern Phillips Co; heavy rains and 55mph gusts are possible.
2:30 a.m. Deputy performed security checks around the Phillips Village Apts.
3:18 a.m. 911 received reporting a individual inside of a house and male did not belong there; Deputies responded to 4th Ave W area; male located and removed from the residence; case file started for Burglary and Criminal Trespass to Property.
3:38 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Henry Anderson, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Burglary and Criminal Trespass to Property charges.
4:07 a.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 5 a.m. for southeastern Phillips Co; penny sized hail, heavy rains and 50mph gusts are possible.
5:28 a.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning in effect until 6:30 a.m. for southern Phillips Co; hail and torrential rainfall are occurring with this storm.
10:00 a.m. Female reported an abandoned bicycle at her residence; Deputy responded to the location and removed the bicycle.
2:27 p.m. Male reported a phone scam and had a recording of it on a cassette tape; Deputy handled the call.
