June 24

6:04 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Jason LeTeff, back to Valley Co Detention Center after District Court appearance.

8:43 p.m. Female reported a suspicious vehicle near the Great Northern; male occupant appeared to have a marijuana pipe; Deputies and local Border Patrol Agent responded to the location; male located and all found to be okay, “pipe” was an e-cigarette.

9:22 p.m. Local MHP Trooper requested PCSO assistance with a traffic stop, west of Malta on Hwy 2; Deputy responded to the location; case file started for Assist Other Jurisdiction; Trooper transported one adult male, Rance Lee, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Driving While Suspended, No Current Registration and Speeding charges.

10:54 p.m. Male reported juveniles playing on Hwy 2 near Westside Self Service and he almost hit one; Deputy responded to the location; juveniles received a verbal cautioning notice and advised to not do it again.

June 25, 14

12:03 a.m. Local MHP Trooper reported to Blaine Co for a vehicle crash.

7:51 a.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle/deer accident on the Wagner Hwy; Undersheriff responded to the location; white form issued.

2:21 p.m. Flash Flood Watch in effect through Thursday evening for most of Phillips Co.

4:11 p.m. Female reported a black lab on the Milk River Bridge; information passed onto ACO.

4:20 p.m. Local apartment complex manager requested assistance with advising an individual to leave the premises; Deputies responded to the Cedarview Apts; male not located, found to be in Lodgepole.

5:19 p.m. Female reported a dog harassing juveniles at the Cedarview Apts; ACO handled the call.

5:36 p.m. Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until Thursday evening for most of Phillips Co.

7:17 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 8 p.m. for eastern Phillips Co; nickel sized hail and 40 mph gusts are possible.

8:28 p.m. Female reported a possibly abandoned fawn “crying” and mom was nowhere to be found; local Fish & Game Warden handled the call.

8:33 p.m. Male reported three suspicious males walking with “possibly beer” on 1st Ave W; Deputies responded to the area; males not located.

June 26, 14

12:17 a.m. Female reported a train blocking the Wagner crossing; information passed onto BNSF Police.

3:42 a.m. Flash Flood Watch in effect through late tonight for most of Phillips Co.

6:48 a.m. Male filed a verbal complaint regarding a vehicle speeding by his residence on Hwy 243 everyday; information passed onto Deputies.

7:23 a.m. Male reported suspicious activity, involving milk jugs, near his residence on 7th Ave W; Deputy responded to the location; all found to be okay, no chemical smells coming from the report-ed milk jugs.

8:17 a.m. Female reported receiving a possible suicide threat from a patient who lives in Malta; Deputy responded to the call; family members notified and patient taken for medical assistance.

10:39 a.m. Female reported juveniles playing in the hole where a house was torn down on 5th St W; Deputy responded to the location; juveniles advised to not play there in the future.

1:38 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Watch in effect until 9 p.m. for 10 counties, to include Phillips.

2:09 p.m. Flash Flood Watch in effect through late tonight for most of Phillips Co.

2:39 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for eastern Phillips Co until 3:30 p.m.; half inch hail and 40 mph gusts are possible.

3:00 p.m. Male, Rance Lee, released from PCSO Jail on time served.

6:11 p.m. Male reported the Underpass was flooding; Deputy and Border Patrol Agent responded to the call; MT Dept of Transportation employees handled the flooding.

6:14 p.m. Female reported a vehicle stalled in the Underpass; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle later removed from the location.

6:16 p.m. Female reported flooding near the BLM Apts, vehicles were driving through and getting stuck; information passed onto City employee; road cones put up to block traffic from this area and 8th St/5th Ave East as well.

6:18 p.m. Deputy reported 3rd St and Central was flooded as well.

6:43 p.m. Male reported 1st St/5th Ave E was flooded and people were driving through causing water to get on the R&G scale; City employee responded to the call and put up road cones blocking traffic.

8:31 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Watch is canceled for all 10 counties, to include Phillips.

9:47 p.m. Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 6 a.m. Friday.

June 27

2:31 a.m. Deputy reported seeing smoke at the Malta City landfill; all was okay, was a reported and controlled burn.

10:12 a.m. Female reported an ATV almost hitting the caller’s vehicle on a residential street; Re-serve Deputy responded to the call; ATV located, juvenile driver advised and parents notified as well.

6:07 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the Pavilion for the rodeo.

7:56 p.m. Fish & Game Warden reported a skid-steer and lawn mower had slid off of a trailer on Hwy 2, west of the Sleeping Buffalo turnoff; both of the implements were destroyed; Deputy re-sponded to the location; case file started.

9:33 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Havre; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

June 28

1:00 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a stranded motorist in Dodson; caller requested a phone call be made to a family member, call made by PCSO Dispatch; Deputy responded to the location; driver found to be okay and would wait for assistance to arrive.

2:25 a.m. Blaine Co SO requested assistance with locating a stolen vehicle with a weapon inside; Deputies advised of the situation; vehicle later located in Harlem.

3:34 a.m. Female reported a disturbance on 3rd St W; Deputies responded to the location; individuals found to be visiting very loudly in the street and all was okay; Deputies asked individuals to disperse for the night.

8:15 a.m. Several calls and 911s received reporting a power outage in Malta; information passed onto NorthWestern Energy; power later restored to residences.

9:30 a.m. Female reported vandalism to the flower pots in the downtown area; damage forms is-sued.

1:19 p.m. Female requested assistance with a large hound dog near her residence on 3rd Ave W; information passed onto ACO.

8:27 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a juvenile in the Saco area; Deputy handled the call.

9:40 p.m. Deputy advised a female to stop fireworks until the 4th of July.

11:47 p.m. 911 received reporting a juvenile walking on Hwy 191 near the DY Junction; Deputy responded to the call; male located, found to not be a juvenile and was okay.

June 29, 14

12:25 a.m. Female reported loud noise coming from the Stockman Bar and she could hear it on 3rd St E; Deputy responded to the call; found to be people talking on a microphone over music.

2:47 a.m. Male reported a pit bull at his residence on 4th St W; ACO handled the call.

10:46 a.m. Valley Co SO reported a possibly intoxicated driver on Hwy 2, westbound from Hinsdale; Undersheriff responded to the call; no vehicle located matching the reported description.

11:17 a.m. Male reported an erratic vehicle westbound Hwy 2; information passed onto MHP Dis-patch.

3:35 p.m. Male reported a missing dog.

4:09 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female in Chinook; call transferred to Blaine Co SO.

4:53 p.m. Dropped 911 received from a local residence; all found to be okay, child was playing with the telephone.

5:22 p.m. 911 received reporting a fire started by a downed power pole east of the meat packing plant; Deputy, local Fire Dept and NorthWestern Energy responded to the location; fire later con-trolled and extinguished.

9:46 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with an individual who would not leave the Old Brand Saloon in Saco; Deputy responded to the location; male left on his own accord without further incident.

June 30, 14

12:17 a.m. Female reported theft of property from a vehicle; Deputy responded to the 6th St E ar-ea; case file started for Theft.

3:02 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect until midnight tonight.

9:59 a.m. Male reported missing fishing gear; lost it over a week ago.

10:40 a.m. US Customs employee reported hitting a deer on Hwy 191 north, euthanized the deer himself; Undersheriff responded to the call; white form issued.

2:18 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until midnight.

6:06 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Great Falls; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

6:42 p.m. Deputy received information reporting the female involved in the ATV wreck in Zortman, a couple weeks ago, had passed away; coroner case file started.

8:32 p.m. Male reported a possible fire west of Malta; caller advised was a reported and con-trolled burn.

10:12 p.m. Male reported a stray dog at his residence; ACO handled the call.

10:32 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

6:18 p.m. Female reported an injured deer on the Wagner Hwy; Deputy responded to the location and humanely euthanized the deer.

6:49 p.m. Female reported a missing dog; caller advised of the dog ACO picked up last night.

8:59 p.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on a vehicle alongside of Hwy 2, near the Sleeping Buffalo; all found to be okay, individuals were moving cattle across the Hwy and were waiting for cattle’s arrival.

10:38 p.m. Off-duty Deputy reported a vehicle passing in a no passing zone and driving in excess of the speed limit; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle located and was parked.

11:47 a.m. Female filed a written traffic complaint regarding an unsecured gravel load which broke her windshield; incident happened on Hwy 191 in Fergus Co; information and complaint passed onto MHP Dispatch.

12:43 p.m. Anonymous reported individuals lighting fireworks near Cedarview; Undersheriff responded to the location; individuals located and advised to stop until July 4th.

3:29 p.m. Female reported a missing dog.

9:16 p.m. Lifeline requested assistance for an elderly female who fell and needed help getting up; was not hurt; local family member advised of the situation and assisted the female.

10:49 p.m. Male reported a vehicle/deer accident with no injuries, on the Wagner Hwy; Deputy responded to the call; white form issued.

July 2, 14

12:51 a.m. Female reported a possible mountain lion near her residence on 9th St W; Deputy and local Fish & Game Warden responded to the call; no cat located.

2:14 p.m. Male reported he was in a disabled vehicle on Hwy 2 between Malta and the Sleeping Buffalo; caller was okay just waiting for help to arrive.

8:04 p.m. Female reported the crossing arms going up and down for an extended amount of time at the Saco crossing; information passed onto BNSF Police.

9:00 p.m. Female reported a missing dog.

10:08 p.m. Female reported individuals lighting fireworks in the Carquest parking lot; Deputy responded to the location and advised the individuals to stop.

10:39 p.m. Deputy assisted Canadians with finding their hotel for the evening.

11:31 p.m. Local MHP Trooper reported to the Chinook area for a vehicle/deer accident.

July 3, 14

1:19 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a disabled vehicle west of Malta on Hwy 2; call was lost before towing company information could be given; Deputies responded to the location; vehicle located and assistance given.

3:17 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. today.

4:00 a.m. Female reported garbage cans in the middle of 1st St W and torn for sale signs; information passed onto Deputies.

7:34 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory now in effect until 10 p.m.

8:03 a.m. Female requested assistance with getting into a family members apartment at Cedar-view; caller could hear a female calling for help inside the residence; Deputy responded to the location; apartment manager located and opened the door.

8:20 a.m. Female requested an ambulance for an elderly female who had fallen, unknown if had any injuries; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

9:44 a.m. Male reported damage to the ticket booth by the Trafton Arena; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
