2:44 p.m. Male reported a semi and trailer blocking the view of traffic on Hwy 191 south and the Wagner Junction; Deputy responded to the location; semi and trailer not located.
3:08 p.m. Female reported a vehicle accident with a traffic sign at the Underpass/Hwy 2 Junction; Deputy responded to the location; white form issued.
3:30 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.
5:59 p.m. Male, Clinton Kipf, incarcerated in PCSO Jail to serve time on court sentencing.
7:52 p.m. Female requested assistance with locating an overdue fisherman; male was supposed to be in the James Kipp campground; information passed onto local Fish & Game Warden; male located and would be returning home the next day; information passed onto female.
9:19 p.m. Female reported a juvenile shooting a BB gun near 3rd St W; Deputy responded to the location; individual advised not to shoot BB gun in city limits.

12:50 a.m. Rocky Boy PD requested PCSO assistance with a theft case and suspects possibly in the Malta area; Deputies responded to the call; female located and no stolen property located.
2:29 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a female who had fallen at a residence east of Malta; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the location; patient transported to the hospital.
7:10 a.m. Male, Trent Welch, released from PCSO Jail on time served.
12:47 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male have a seizure; Reserve Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the location; patient refused medical transport.
12:58 p.m. Male, Tanner Drabbels, incarcerated in PCSO Jail to serve time on another jurisdiction’s sentencing.
3:19 p.m. Female reported cattle in their freshly seeded field; cattle owner located and cattle removed.
3:39 p.m. Female reported a vehicle speeding from Joe’s In & Out down Central Ave; Reserve Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located, but not speeding, stopped and given a verbal warning.
4:41 p.m. Deputy received information from 3 little juveniles about a “stolen fire pit”; all found to be okay, neighbor had just borrowed it.
7:41 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a medical emergency in Wolf Point; caller given Wolf Point PD phone number.
9:51 p.m. Deputy performed a security check around Malta High School and found an alarm sounding inside the building; information passed onto school employee.
11:54 p.m. Deputy performed security checks on the walking trail in Trafton Park; all found to be okay.

12:17 a.m. Deputy performed security checks at the Old MHS Gym for the all night senior party; all found to be okay.
8:35 a.m. Female reported loud music coming from a neighbor’s residence; music stopped while she was still on the phone.
11:33 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Billings; local EMT Crew responded to the call.
12:50 p.m. Reserve Deputy and local MHP Trooper reported to the downtown area for the Memorial Day Parade.
1:12 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male with a possibly broken pelvis on the North Frenchman Road, near the Canadian border; Whitewater EMT Crew, Reserve Deputy, local MHP Trooper and Border Patrol Agents responded to the location; patient transported to the PC Hospital.
4:30 p.m. Female reported kids on dirt bikes speeding down 6th St W; Sheriff and Deputy responded to the call; case file started; 2 juveniles each issued citations for Driving Without a License, Careless Driving, Operating a Motorcycle without a Helmet, Operating a Vehicle without Proper Registration.
4:47 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

6:10 p.m. Male requested PCSO assistance with a situation involving a juvenile; Deputy responded to the call; case file started for Stalking.
8:27 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a tenant in the Saco area; Deputy handled the call; caller advised is a civil situation.
10:29 p.m. Female reported being assaulted by a juvenile at 11 S 5th St W; Deputy responded to the location; case file started; juvenile issued citations for Assault and Criminal Trespass to Property.
10:30 p.m. Female from Poplar filed a verbal complaint regarding threatening text messages received from a local female; Deputy responded to the call; local female advised to stop sending text messages.

7:32 a.m. Male filed a verbal traffic complaint regarding vehicles in the Saco area; Undersheriff handled the call.
8:00 a.m. Male given fuel and food assistance from the Ministerial Association fund.
8:15 a.m. Local MHP Trooper responded to a vehicle/deer accident on Hwy 191 south that occurred last night.
8:48 a.m. Female reported “motorbikes going at it already” on 6th St W; Undersheriff responded to the location; juveniles located and advised to park the motorbikes.
9:11 a.m. Female reported an erratic and speeding vehicle on Hwy 2, westbound from the D-D; information passed onto local MHP Trooper and Ft Belknap LE.
10:13 a.m. OnStar assisted with reporting a stolen company vehicle from a North Dakota oil field; credit card was possibly used in Phillips Co; information passed onto Undersheriff; vehicle not located in Phillips Co.
11:55 a.m. Male, Tanner Drabbels, released from PCSO Jail on time served.
1:00 p.m. Local MHP Trooper assisted with a prisoner transport relay from Sydney to Hill Co.
1:20 p.m. Female reported a phone scam.
2:47 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
3:14 p.m. 911 received reporting a possibly disabled tractor implement on Hwy 2, in Valley Co; call transferred to Valley Co SO.
5:26 p.m. Female reported a suspicious traffic stop on Hwy 191 south near Bohemian Corner; Deputy handled the call.
6:28 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle swerving all over the road; westbound on Hwy 2 from Saco; Deputy and Reserve Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located, driver found to be okay, just tired.
6:30 p.m. Several calls received reporting smoke east of Malta; callers advised was a reported and controlled burn.
8:06 p.m. BNSF Police requested PCSO assistance with a male making kidnapping threats on the Amtrak coming into Malta; Deputy and Reserve Deputy responded to the Malta Depot; male removed from the train.
9:59 p.m. Male reported suspicious activity near Ezzie’s Wholesale; Deputy responded to the location; all found to be okay and no one around.

8:23 a.m. 911 received reporting “kids racing around on my property” in the Dodson area; Undersheriff handled the call.
8:25 a.m. Male reported employees receiving threats that they will be shot while trying to do their job in the Dodson area; Undersheriff responded to the call; found to be associated with the above phone call; case file started.
8:32 a.m. Male reported suspicious activity around his residence in the Wagner area; Deputy responded to the call; male also asked for extra patrol around the area; information passed onto all Deputies.
12:25 p.m. Female reported receiving threats from another female in the Saco area; Deputy handled the call.
12:56 p.m. Female reported another female harassing her via a website in the Saco area; Deputy responded to the call; situation found to be associated with the above phone call. Complaint unfounded.
1:37 p.m. Female reported a dog locked in a vehicle near Albertson’s; Deputy responded to the location; vehicle and dog owner located and advised to leave the windows cracked for the dog, especially when it is hot out.
4:00 p.m. Male, Troy Salveson, released from Valley Co Detention Center on time served.
4:59 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Watch in effect until midnight for 12 counties to include Phillips Co.
6:54 p.m. Male reported a suspicious vehicle near the Malta Border Patrol Station; information passed onto Deputy and Havre BP Dispatch; vehicle not located by Deputy or BP Agents.
7:46 p.m. Male reported a speeding out of state vehicle just west of Malta on Hwy 2; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and was parked.
8:10 p.m. Female reported neighbors shooting pellet guns; Deputy responded to 134 S 3rd St W and advised the individuals they cannot shoot a pellet gun in the City limits.
8:35 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for northern Phillips Co until 930 p.m. ; 60 mph gusts and nickel sized hail are possible.
8:38 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 6 a.m. Thursday.
8:48 p.m. 911 received reporting a fire behind a residence just west of Malta off Hwy 2; Deputy and Malta Fire Dept responded to the call; second 911 received reporting the fire was out shortly after the first 911.
8:58 p.m. Deputy reported possible storm chasers videoing the thunderstorm out by the Malta Airport.
9:13 p.m. 911 received reporting a strong smell of smoke just north of Malta; caller advised was a fire and was put out by the rainstorm.
9:13 p.m. Female reported possible animal cruelty in the Saco area; Deputy and Saco ACO advised of the call.
9:26 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for northeastern Phillips Co until 1030 p.m. 60 mph gusts and quarter sized hail are possible.
9:46 p.m. Whitewater EMT reported a possible lightning started fire south of Whitewater; Whitewater and Loring Fire Depts responded to the call; no fire located, Whitewater FD advised was probably put out by the rain.
10:02 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for northeastern Phillips Co in effect until 11 p.m. ; hail up to ½ inch diameter and 40mph gusts are possible.
11:22 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for northern Phillips Co until midnight; hail up to ½ inch diameter and 40mph gusts are possible.

1:34 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male who had a stroke at a south Phillips Co residence; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the call; ambulance met the personal vehicle transport and transported patient to the hospital.

8:38 a.m. Female filed a complaint regarding a possible assault and theft of property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started for Partner/Family Member Assault and Theft.
9:53 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.
12:19 p.m. Undersheriff performed a welfare check on a vehicle alongside of Hwy 2, just east of Saco; all found to be okay, driver was just sleeping.
2:02 p.m. Females reported receiving harassing text messages from an individual and were advised by the individual’s Adult Probation Officer to report it; Deputy handled the call.
2:16 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 8 p.m. .
5:12 p.m. Female reported a neighbor’s cow stuck in the mud in the Milk River in the Dodson area; owner located and advised.
6:49 p.m. Female reported theft of property outside of the Malta Opportunities Center by transients; Deputy responded to the location; transients located and property returned to MOI.
7:56 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.
8:27 p.m. Female reported “car loads of kids” possibly fighting near the gravel on Short Oil Rd; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, no fighting amongst the juveniles.
8:41 p.m. Deputy received a report of a speeding vehicle in the 8th St East area; vehicle not located.
9:16 p.m. Female reported a dead deer on Hwy 2 between Frontage Rd and Stine’s building; Deputy responded to the area and deer moved off the Hwy.

7:19 a.m. Male reported a one vehicle rollover on Hwy 2, near White Bear Rd; occupant was entrapped and fuel was spilling all over; information passed onto Ft Belknap LE.
11:53 a.m. Male requested an ambulance for an elderly female having chest pain; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the location; patient transported to the hospital.
1:16 p.m. Female reported a phone scam. .
5:42 p.m. 911 received reporting an altercation at a Dodson residence; Deputies responded to 310 2nd Av in Dodson; male left before Deputy arrival; case file started for Partner/Family Member Assault.
6:01 p.m. Female reported theft of property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
6:48 p.m. Local Fish & Game Warden requested PCSO assistance with a situation involving 5 juveniles and alcohol; Deputy responded to north of Nelson Reservoir; Deputy transported 2 juveniles to their residence and 2 juveniles waited for the arrival of parents from Glasgow with Fish & Game Warden; 2 citations issued for MIP; case file started.
7:09 p.m. Female reported a fight at the Cedarview Apts; Deputy responded to the location; all found to be okay, verbal dispute of location of children.

second vehicle was trying to pull it out; Deputy responded to the location; all found to be okay, driver was not intoxicated just missed a corner while using a cell phone.
2:22 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Watch in effect for 12 counties, to include Phillips, until 9 p.m. .
3:58 p.m. Deputy reported a Hwy 2 sign was down near the Wagner turnoff; information passed onto MT Dept of Transportation employee.
4:21 p.m. Male reported a hound type dog running loose on the Wagner road.
4:38 p.m. Male reported an erratic vehicle, eastbound Hwy 2; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located at a restaurant and was parked.
7:47 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Watch is canceled for 6 counties, to include
Phillips.
10:25 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle/bull accident on Hwy 2, on the reservation; no injuries to vehicle occupants; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.
11:37 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the downtown area.
11:39 p.m. Local EMT reported a personal vehicle transport of a female having difficulty breathing from the Zortman area, and the ambulance would be meeting the vehicle on Hwy 2; patient transported to the hospital.

4:42 p.m. Female reported a theft of property from south Phillips Co; suspects were from Malta and had left for town already; Undersheriff and Deputy responded to the N 7th Ave E area and located the suspects; property was returned to the owner; case file started.

10:24 a.m. Male reported an erratic vehicle on Hwy 2, westbound; driver appeared to be messing with his phone; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located in Phillips Co.
12:02 p.m. Male reported a large bull snake heading into a residential yard near 1st
Ave/3rd St W; information passed onto ACO.
2:04 p.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on a vehicle alongside of Hwy 2, west
of Saco; all found to be okay, just changing the two flat tires.
4:24 p.m. Male reported a possible violation of a protection order; Deputies responded to the call; information added to existing case file.
7:16 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance pick up a patient at the hospital and transport to the airport to meet the flight crew; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

10:30 a.m. Anonymous reported possible child neglect in Whitewater; Undersheriff responded to the residence; no one found to be at home; information passed onto Dept of Child & Family Services.
12:03 p.m. 911 received reporting a “big ol’ snake” by a garbage can on 5th Ave W; information passed onto ACO.
12:44 p.m. 911 received reporting a brush fire half a mile west of Dodson; Dodson Fire Dept volunteer responded to check the area as there was a controlled burn east of Dodson; no fire located west of Dodson, found to be the controlled burn.
4:04 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for western Phillips Co until 430p; nickel
sized hail and 50mph gusts are possible.
5:19 p.m. Deputy performed a traffic stop which led to one adult male, Kaliph R
Surdam, being transported to PCSO to be incarcerated on Driving While Suspended charges; local MHP Trooper assisted with the stop; case file started.
6:15 p.m. Male, Kaliph Surdam, released from PCSO Jail on bond paid.
6:58 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for southeastern Phillips Co until 8 p.m nickel sized hail and 50mph gusts are possible.
7:31 p.m. Female reported possible vandalism to the old Malta Bestway building; Deputy responded to the location; no suspicious activity located, all seemed okay.
