Malta News for May 28

Gaylord LaFond Sr. celebrated his 98th birthday with his family at his home on Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Gaylord was born in Malta and has lived here his entire life.

The Walleye fish fry supper was from fish caught by son in law Bill Formon and grandson Tim LaFond.

Attending were daughter and son-in-law Susan and Bill Froman, daughter and daughter-in-law Maynard and Mary LaFond, grandson and family Tom and Tami Lafond, Jessen and Josie and long-time friend Anna Faye Matthews.

And of course there was a Texas Hold 'Em game following the dinner.
