Frances M. Runnion Binman, 84, retired food caterer died February 15, 2014 in St. Paul, Minnesota of natural causes.
Graveside services will be 10:30 A.M. Friday, April 18 at the Malta Cemetery. In case of rain it will be moved to the Kirkwood Memorial Chapel.
Frances M. Runnion was born August 19, 1929 in Malta, the daughter of Marion and Iva Runnion. She was raised and educated in Malta. In the late 1950’s she moved to St. Paul, Minnesota where she has lived ever since. She married Donald Binman in 1964, who preceded her in death. Frances worked a number of different jobs during her life retiring from the food catering business. She provided food for the Minnesota Vikings air trips. She loved to play word game, doing crafts and was always full of humor.
Survivors include her sons, Scott Hewton of Idaho, David Binman of Minnesota; daughters, Kathy Nelson of Wisconsin, Gina Roberts of Florida, Dawn Horner of Minnesota; sisters, Ruth Flansaas of Malta, Mary Lotton of Idaho; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, son Dale Nelson, daughter Mickey Parrish.
