Phillips County Sheriff's Office charge Malta resident with three felonies

On the 8th of April 2014 the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office and Agents from the Tri-Agency Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on the residence of Malanie Miller at 542 S 6th st W. as part of an ongoing investigation.

Seized in the search was marijuana in excess of 60 grams, drug paraphernalia, and cash suspected of being transferred as part of illegal activities. Miller is currently charged with Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs (Felony), Criminal Possession with Intent to Distribute (Felony), Criminal Child Endangerment (Felony), Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor), and Use or Possession of Property Subject to Criminal Forfeiture. Additional charges are pending. Miller is being held on $100,000 bond.
