Mustang Foundation announces two new scholarships

The Mustang Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of two new scholarships.

Mr. Wayne Hoyer is a 1939 graduate of Malta High from California. He was raised in the south country and was good friends with Polly Southwick and had the pleasure of visiting the area in 1992. Mr. Kelly Taylor, the principal at the time, loaned him a vehicle so he could venture around the area. He was impressed with the school system, the area, and decided to give back to the community in the way of scholarships.

His two scholarships will be for $500 each and one will be for either a graduating senior or an alumni pursuing a degree in the medical field and one for either a graduating senior or an alumni pursuing a degree in the arts (theatre, music, or artist.)
