    The Phillips County cross country teams had two meets last week on two completely different courses. On Monday, September 13, the Malta and Dodson teams attacked a hilly course in Shelby.     It was the final race weekend of the year for the Phillips County Motorsports track. On Saturday, they held their Big Money race for the Junior Dragsters where Deagan Liedtke from Watford City, ND, beat out fellow Watford City racer Kinslee Hayes in the final for a payout of $450.
