The Malta Swim team was represented by a pair of sisters in Glendive this weekend. Malta Swim Team will be heading to the Montana Federation of Swimmers Eastern Divisional Meet in Chinook this weekend. The meet starts on Saturday, July 22 and concludes on Sunday, July 23. Phillips County Motorsports held their third racing weekend despite the smoky haze hovering over the skies from fires burning in Canada. The Trafton Park Rodeo Arena hosted the 2023 Malta NRA (National Rodeo Association) Rodeo last Saturday night. Malta's Department of Parks and Recreation started a new session of Karate Classes on Wednesday, July 7, at the Malta City Hall building. The Malta Swim Team trekked to the Roundup Swim Meet on Saturday, June 24, and Sunday, June 25, 2023. First-timers, Emma Solberg and Ellie Newman were finally able to get their feet wet. The Malta Chapter of Walleyes Unlimited hosted their annual Camp Walleye event on Friday, June 16. The Hi-Line Drag Strip featured over 50 cars for the second weekend of Phillips County Motorsports races despite it being a rainy weekend.
