    The Saco-Whitewater Panthers had a lukewarm weekend, defeating the Dodson Coyotes 65-24 in Whitewater for the team's Senior Night. They did drop the next game 82-26 to the Frazer Bearcubs last Saturday. In their Senior Night victory, four seniors were honored including Colter Lammerding, Justin Funk, Chance Love and Jeret Warren.     The Malta Mustangs wrestling team had a great showing at the Harlem Wildcat Invitational last Saturday, placing fifth place of fourteen squads at the meet, with 77 points. Glasgow won the event with 115 points. Chinook was second with 114 points. Cut Bank was third with 81 points and Harlem was fourth with 78 points, only one more than Malta.     Malta's wrestling team had an impressive showing last weekend at the Choteau Classic and Big Sandy Mixer. Trey Simanton, a 113 pound freshman came home the first place finisher at the Choteau Classic after defeating junior Trevor Moore the top ranked 113 class wrestler of Choteau in the championship match.     All boys and girls ages 9 to 14 are invited to participate in the local level of competition for the 2015 Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship. The local competition will be held at the Malta Grade School gym on Sunday, January 25th, at 1:00 p.m. There are separate divisions for boys and girls for each age group; age is determined as of January 1.
