    The North Country Mavericks are off to an impressive 8-3 record in the co-op's inaugural season. The team added a win to their record after defeating the Lustre Christian Lions 46-40 in Lustre last Friday night. "It went really well," Mavericks Head Coach Mitch Capdeville told the PCN.     The now 9-0 Malta M-ettes put on a clinic last week as they blew out both the Rocky Boy Lady Northern Stars and Roundup Lady Panthers to stay undefeated this season. The M-ettes are set to take on divisional rivals Glasgow tomorrow night in Glasgow and 1B's Shelby in Malta on Saturday night.     The North Country Mavericks are rolling after winning a pair of district wins last weekend against Nashua and Scobey. The team will be on the road this weekend as they travel to Lustre to face Lustre Christian on Friday night and then to Opheim to take on the Opheim JV team.
