Stahl Family Racing, a family fleet of five racers from Glasgow has become a fixture at the Hi-Line Drag Strip during Phillips County Motorsports events summer after summer. Malta Trails hosted its first Color Run, named the Malta Trails Color Fun Run last Saturday and with it over 150 participants got smacked, showered, squirted and crop dusted with red, blue, orange and green cornstarch as they took on runs of five miles, three miles and one mile. Phillips County Motorsports is set to kick off their ninth season this Friday, June 3 at the Hi-Line Drag Strip located just south of Malta's city limits. The golf season has come to an end for local Phillips County schools. Saco, Whitewater and Malta schools were all represented on the state levels of their respective classes. There will be an opportunity for the youth of Malta and Phillips County to learn the game of golf this summer as a result of a grant from the Montana Golf Association. Last Sunday morning Billings held its annual RUN for Heaven's Sake 5k, 10k and half marathon races. But the Magic City wasn't the only town that held a race.
