Since the Mighty Malta Mustang Co. won their first title in 1971, the Malta Mustangs boys Basketball team has won eight Class B Championship games in eight attempts. The Dodson Coyotes fell one challenge game short of reaching state last season, but the team made history taking third place at this year's Eastern C Divisional. It’s been 50 years since the Saco Panthers took third place in the 1970 State C Boys Basketball Tournament.
