    The Malta Wrestling Club accounted for twenty of the over two-thousand wrestlers at the 2018 Montana Open held at the Rimrock Auto Arena in Billings on Saturday, March 24 through Sunday, March 25. The team took forty-eighth out of 145 teams. The event was won by Upper Valley Aces, who had 94 points from 33 wrestlers. Sidney Wrestling Club was the runner-up with 82 points from 49 wrestlers.
