    A pair of Malta Mustangs were named to the 2018-19 All-Conference list earlier this month. The list includes junior Tanner Smith and senior Kevin Henry.     The Phillips County Health-Care Foundation auctioned teams for the 10th Annual Men's NCAA Basketball Tournament Calcutta on Tuesday, March 19. Over a dozen bidders bid a total of $23,475 on the 64 basketball teams in this year's NCAA Men's Basketball tournament bracket.
