The 2019 Malta Parks and Recreation Softball League kicked off last Tuesday, July 9, at Trafton Park as nine teams played a total of six games. For the third year in a row, the Dodson Fairgrounds will host a Phillips County Indian Relay. The 2nd Annual Malta Peewee Summer Slam Tournament filled the Malta High School Old Gym with 40 young basketball players on Friday, June 21.
