    Montana's First Lady, Susan Gianforte, has a program available to children from birth to age five to encourage reading. With the assistance of a grant, the Dolly Parton Imagination Library program is available statewide. Phillips County librarian, Janeen Brookie, says at this time she has 37 young readers taking advantage of the program. The program offers a book a month to those enrolled in the program.     Approaching the Great Plains Dinosaur Museum (GPDM) last Saturday, one was greeted by the creativity of the young-at-heart amateur paleontologists' artwork that welcomed guests and visitors for a fun day for all ages.
