PhillCo Economic Growth Council’s Community Fund Committee is pleased to announce they have finalized a funding package to assist Tony & Emily Simonsen in purchasing the old Hi-Line Retirement facility. It will reopen as River’s Bend Assisted Living and will be their third Class A assisted living facility. The Community Fund Committee, formed by PhillCo members, assisted in the financing of this project. The program acts as a Reverse 911 and allows dispatchers the ability to notify mass numbers of people in case of a disaster or warning. It also works for Amber Alert notifications.
