    On Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at approximately 2337 hours, Phillips County Sheriff's Office dispatch received a mutual aid request from Blaine County for a vehicle pursuit headed towards Phillips County on US 2.     Last weekend, Zortman's David Crasco walked out to his camper and discovered his RV's antifreeze froze despite the label showing -75°F.
