    After much discussion and talks with other cities around the state, the Malta City Council decided that a change is in order for the way that cardboard is to be handled at their last meeting on Tuesday, March 8.     The Malta School Trustees Building Sub-committee of Justin Lamb and Scott McNeeley, along with Supt. Matt Genger met with the engineer that is set to do the HVAC work on the elementary school to decide which option to move forward with. There were three options to choose from.     Two classes of seventh-grade students in Mrs. Liens' Current Events class took a field trip to the PCN office on both Wednesday and Thursday, March 2 and 3, to learn about how the newspaper is done.
