    December 10 Meeting Following opening rituals, Mayor John Demarais opened the meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, December 10th at 5 p.m. Councilmembers David Rummel, Bonnie Wiederrick and Laura Pankratz were present; Bill Hicks was not present.     On Friday, December 13th, the Fergus County Sheriff’s Office Executed a Search Warrant on a residence in Roy Montana. The search of the residence found a substantial amount of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. An arrest was made and the person was charged with Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Criminal Possession Dangerous Drugs with Intent to Distribute, as well as two other felonies and a misdemeanor.
