    The Malta Jr High Wrestlers competed in the Poplar Mixer on Thursday, December 1. Teams competing were Circle, Glasgow, Harlem, Poplar, Wolf Point, Glendive and Malta. Most wrestlers got two matches and the Malta wrestlers went 21-13 for the night.     The North Country Mavericks basketball team split their first weekend of games as they defeated the Harlem JV Wildcats and fell to the Terry Terriers at the 2022 Glasgow Class C Showcase. North Country will head to another showcase this weekend, but this time the team will head to Lewistown for the 2022 Fergus Holiday Basketball Classic. Saco School's Pep Club bought a bunch of popular books, ones that specifically interest the students, but they have to earn them to get them out! How do they earn them? They get to partake on the fun Bingo nights that the Saco community is having throughout the month. They've been asked to either bring in treats for the occasion, or be a helper for a night.
