He was born in Kirkland, Wash., in December 1940 and grew up in Kent, Wash., with his mother Ann and stepfather, Harold Johnston.     The Angel Program is preparing for the holiday season and applications are now available at the Malta Food Bank for those who wish to receive gifts for their children from the Angel Program.
