Lloyd M. Kelsey passed away on Thursday, August 29th, in Billings, Montana. Formerly of Zortman, Montana, Lloyd was just shy of celebrating his 76th birthday. We know he is happy to reunite with his parents, Jim and Cora, sister Jean and the love of his life, Mary. Lloyd was born on September 18th, 1948, to Jim and Cora Kelsey in Malta, Montana.
