    Critter concerns in the City of Malta were both addressed and discussed at the latest Council meeting at City Hall last Tuesday night. During the first Malta City Council Meeting of July two weeks ago, a Malta resident asked if anything could be done about the deer population in the City and the complainant credited the animals with nesting in her mother’s driveway and eating flowers and hedges in the yard.
