    The Whitewater Lady Penguins track team took second place at the Porcupine Invitational track meet hosted by Nashua at Glasgow High School last Friday. Whitewater, who scored 75, only lost by two points to Class B's Wolf Point Wolves who scored 77.     The Saco Lady Panthers track team finished fifth at the Porcupine Invitational, hosted by Nashua at Glasgow High last Friday and seventh at the Glasgow Qualifiers Meet last Tuesday, April 14. Alana Malmend placed first in the high jump after clearing four feet, ten inches.     For the second time in two years a Howard has won first place at the Whitewater Golf Invitational at the Marion Hills Golf Course. Last Tuesday, April 14, senior Whitewater golfer Kaycee Howard took first place with 104 strokes at the meet. She was followed by second place finisher Cyra Mears of the Saco team who shot 110.     The Whitewater Penguins boys track team took eighth in the Porcupine Invitational hosted by Nashua at Glasgow School. Senior Jeret Warren placed third in the 800 meter run with a time of 2 minutes and 17.90 seconds. "It went pretty good, I was only two seconds off of my personal best," Warren said.     David Jaynes and Trevor Banyai represented the Dodson Coyotes at the Porcupine Invitational hosted by Nashua at Glasgow High School last Friday. Jaynes posted a time of 62.84 seconds in the 400 meter dash. It was his first attempt at the event. "It feels pretty good to have a decent time and it gives me something to improve on," Jaynes said.     The Malta Mustangs faced tough competition last Tuesday, April 14, at the Lewistown Twilight Invitational. The meet featured all classes. Malta finished ninth scoring 25 points. Class C’s White Sulphur Springs won the meet, scoring 100 points. Lewistown was second with 83 points and Class AA’s Great Falls Central scored 67 to take third place.     The Malta Mustangs Golf Team had a strong showing at the Poplar Invitational in Wolf Point, despite the fact that four golfers have never golfed on the greens in Wolf Point.
