Surrounded by his family, Malta High School senior Elijah "Eli" Hanson, a Mustang football standout last fall, revealed that he will continue his football career as a member of the Dickinson State University Blue Hawks. The Malta Mustangs basketball team went 1-1 last week against division opponents. The Mustangs handily defeated the Harlem Wildcats 82-49 in Harlem on Thursday, January 19, but fell 65-51 to the undefeated Wolf Point Wolves on Saturday, January 21, in Malta.
