Judy and I are getting ready for our move to Helena to begin the 69th session of the Montana legislature. I hope your holidays were filled with family and friends and we wish you the best of the New Year. Our move will be to a different rental than we have been in for the past four sessions. Almost the same story for the landlords; they plan on being gone for the winter months and rent their home to Helena visitors. Many legislators have the same scenario.
