    The North Country Mavericks Volleyball had four athletes listed in the 2021 District 1C All-Conference and All-State list a couple of weeks ago. In a crowded 11 team conference, the team was able to land two All-State placements, Paige Wasson and Jaycee Erickson. Both were also listed with first-team honors.     The Malta M-ettes Volleyball Season ended at the 2021 State B Volleyball Tournament on Saturday, November 12. Their appearance at the state tournament was their first since 2002.     The 2021 post-season campaign ended abruptly for the Malta Mustangs Football Team as they fell 34-22 to the Whitehall Trojans on Saturday, October 30, at Mustang Field.
