    A small treasure was found in the backyard of a local Malta residents’ house. This person has asked to remain unnamed at this time. At least until the “treasure” has been looked at by an antiquities dealer and the item has been deemed authentic.     Phillips County area Girl Scout Troops, ranging in age from kindergarten to fifth grade, will be taking over Milk River Mocha on three Sundays starting this Sunday, March 28, followed by April 11 and April 18. On each day, the scouts will be at the kiosk from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., to sell Girl Scout cookies.     As of June 1, 2021, Nemont will be discontinuing TV service and Eagle Satellite, a Montana satellite TV retailer that has been in business for over 40 years, are at the ready to help those customers that will need to find another TV service such as Dish or DirecTV if they wish to continue receiving normal cable channels.     Owner and manager, Jim Dumas, opened Hi-Line Packing in Malta in early January of 2020. Since then, he has been growing the company steadily. He now has a crew of 10, most of which started out with zero or very little experience, but he says they have come along very well and are starting to pick up speed.     Malta Public schools held their monthly school board meeting on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. To start the meeting, the board approved the minutes from their regular meeting on Wednesday, February 10, 2021. The Administrative reports were then given.
