Sisterhood, Big Sky, Montana, as an active member for over 50 years. Ulrich received a Certificate of Recognition and other gifts to celebrate the milestone. 1 years ago- Wednesday, June 15, 2011 Courthouse Building Project Underway Clausen and Sons Construction has begun a 1,800 square foot building project at the Phillips County Courthouse in Malta. The project will replace two old buildings, one a lean-to, which had been used for storage and by maintenance workers and groundskeepers, according to County Commission Chairman Troy Blunt. Dog licenses are due and payable by July 1, but that’s not all.
